At work, whenever I got approval to initiate a new project that requires skills that I haven’t learned, I knew that I had to change my lifestyle immediately.

Why? That’s because I’m already busy enough at work. Although the project is work-related, I hardly have any “free time” to sit down and watch online tutorials to learn something new.

In addition, allocating one to two hours per day outside office hours is just not fast enough. This is because I intentionally gave myself a tight deadline for project-based self-learning to create a sense of urgency that would force me to master something quickly.
