Let’s face it. It’s not a pleasant feeling, and we tend to compare ourselves from time to time with our friends. Getting caught up in social comparisons can seriously affect our happiness, self-esteem and overall happiness with life. The more we compare ourselves with their success and happiness, the easier it is to question our self-worth, talent, and even our quality of life.
